Master Yao Chengguang has been learning Yiquan from his father, the great master of Yiquan, since eight years old. Under the strict, systematic and intensive training, he comprehensively carried on Mr. Yao Zongxun career, which won the favor of his father and became the renowned Chinese martial artist of the third generation of Yiquan. Master Yao Chengguang was extremely assiduous in Yiquan studies in his youth. Under the rigorous supervision from his father, carried through large quantity, high intensively concentrated training. Tui Shou (Pushing hands), San Shou (free combat) and real combat are the compulsory course of daily training. By totally committing himself to the development of Yiquan, Master Yao Chengguang is the president of Beijing Martial Arts Association Yiquan Research Institute and Chairman of Beijing Zongxun WuGuan Yiquan Academy. At one time, he also holds the posts of honors president and chief instructor of Yiquan societies in many provinces in China as well as many countries in Asia and Europe. Master Yao Chengguang is interested in doing researches on martial arts theories and has published a series of articles on Yiquan and special coverage of large-size symposiums of martial arts in both domestic and foreign martial arts magazines, newspapers and TV stations. Modest and amiable, open-minded and magnanimous, Master Yao Chengguang is possessed with the lofty manner and virtue of traditional masters of martial arts. He shows utmost solicitude for his students and teaches and guides them with great patience and consideration. In his belief, ^skills of martial arts one obtains belong to the entire world ̄. Therefore, he keeps nothing back when teaching his students. Strongly against pseudo-science and detesting the ugly acts of cheating and misleading by those martial swindlers, Master Yao Chengguang emphasizes a lot on science, theory research and practice.

Yiquan Tui Shou (Pushing Hands) Training Course
- Course description: This Course is designed for in depth understanding and controlling of Yiquan Dan, Shuang Tui Shou (Single and Double Pushing Hands skills) and improving Tui Shou skills in actual combat. - Prerequisites: Basic Yiquan Zhan Zhuang (Standing posts), Shi Li (Testing Force), Bu Fa (footwork) and Fa Li (Exerting Force). - Total Duration: 60 days - Course schedule: Full Time. Yiquan Complete Training Course

Intensive Yiquan Course
Individual Training Course
In order to satisfy the needs of foreign student who wishes to learn Yiquan from Beijing ZongXun WuGuan, we now launch the Individual Training Course which is taught by Master Yao in person. The training schedule must be arranged in advance.
The Individual Training Course consists of Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced level class.
